Please note there was an update to Dolphin's integration services. If you use any version of Dolphin Practice Management System, Ortho Sesame will need to integrate through their API service. Please follow the below instructions to get uploads restarted:

You will need to log into https://www.anywheredolphin.com/secure/login.aspx. If you do not have an Anywhere Dolphin account, Dolphin Support will be able to get an account set up on your behalf.

Navigate to Account > Ocean Server and Partner Integrations > Manage Partner Integrations > Sesame.

Click I Agree and enter your initials.

Email our Member Services team at [email protected] and let us know these steps have been taken (include your office phone number so that we can locate your account).
